With personal tuition, the student can be helped to improve posture, alignment and develop breathing techniques at a steady
comfortable pace for themselves and in total privacy. Health and well-being is a significant aspect of the practice; regular
individual lessons should promote a greater sense of transformation, renewing ones energy for living life more joyfully.
Tracy can help to prepare an absolute beginner prior to joining a bigger class but can also support those whom already
attend a classes to gain a greater depth to their practice and overall understanding of Yoga.
Prices are negotiable according to length of lesson taught and distance travelled. It is suggested that a minimum duration of
45mins to a maximum of 90 minutes, starting at £30.
Cancellations require 24hrs notice, otherwise a 50% charge will apply.
