I highly recommend the Sound Bath experience so beautifully delivered by Emma, a friend of mine and fellow trained yoga teacher. She gives an almost passive meditation, we can absorb her experience of live sound vibrations and harmonics, which effortlessly sooth the body and uplift the spirit. Workshops are typically monthly.
